Resulting RMS residual in RA (seconds) and Dec (arcseconds)
These are the uncertainties (or errors) in the determination of the
RA and Dec of the object (e.g., asteroid). These values are in units of
seconds of RA and in units of arcseconds of Dec.
Technically, each of these values is the root-mean-squared (RMS) difference
between the actual RA or Dec of the stars used to determine the
x,y-to-RA,Dec transformation and the RA,Dec coordinates determined
for these stars by the transformation.
