With a large number of current and planned experiments and observatories---IceCube, DUNE, JUNO, T2K, NOvA, nEXO, Katrin and many others---the next decade will see a vast amount of new high-quality data. These new data herald an era of precision neutrino science, across many energy and length scales, which requires a commensurate effort in neutrino theory to maximally exploit these data in pursuit of the outlined science questions.
SINT will take place at Virginia Tech on the Blacksburg campus from Sunday, July 23 till Saturday July 29, 2017.
SINT is sponsored by the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory and from within Virginia Tech by the Center for Neutrino Physics, the Department of Physics and the College of Science. This sponsorship allows us to host this event without charging registration fees.
Student accommodation will in student dormitories. A block of hotel rooms has been negotiated at the Hyatt Place and reservations must be made by June 22, 2017. Please, contact Heather Nolen to rreserve a room.
