Description: |
|
EME Molecular Motion Demonstrator, three D-sized batteries, wood support, aluminum strip with cutout (diffusion barrier), aluminum strip (solid barrier), black bar (piston), red disc (Brownian movement), balls of various sizes, overhead projector. This demonstrator is to be displayed on the Cannon Document camera. Possible experiments to do are:

The speed of the vibrator can be continuously varied by a control knob so you can show your students what happens at "higher" or "lower" temperatures. Designed for use on an overhead projector, the demonstrator illustrates random motion of molecules, diffusion of gases, Brownian motion, Boyle's and Charles' laws, states of matter and change of state. Size: base is 26.5cm square, active chamber is 11.5cm square. The set includes:
