Notes and Tests:
- Place the spring on the hook of the force probe. Attach the 50g mass hanger with sail to the bottom of the spring. Open the 2nd file in the 2215 Lab 8 folder. Click "Collect" and make the hanger and sail start bouncing up and down. As the mass hanger moves back and forth, the force and position data will be recorded on the graphs. If you are not getting smooth curves for the position make sure the hanger is positioned directly over the motion detector. Push and pull on the force sensor to make sure it is registering correctly.
