About Us

The Quasar Outflow Group studies quasars through the energy they emit. We identify quasars of interest, and then do a detailed analysis of it's properties. We are the only group of our kind in the world. Using the latest techniques in stellar analysis we study quasar emissions on a level never before attempted. Isn't it amazing what two semesters in Freshman Astronomy can teach you about synonyms.
Spearheaded by Dr. Nahum Arav, a leading authority on quasars (I'm sure), the group is made up of a diverse set individuals brought together by a common interest in our heavens.
