The following Java applet is a hybrid of the Spectral Trough ID program with added functionality. The user can use a combination of power law, Gaussian and spline fits to interactively model the continuum, then extract the column densities from the relative intensity for each trough.

At this stage of development, the applet is intended to allow the user to upload a .fit file, model the continuum, then export the relative intensity in the form of IDL arrays.
